Refund policy

Legacy Store, operated by 911 Dreams, LLC (“Legacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), offers a 14-day return period. You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

How to request a return

Before sending any item, contact us at contact@buyoldlegacy.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photographs. We will review the request and provide return instructions and the applicable authorized return address. Do not send a return to the address on the parcel or to our business address unless we expressly instruct you to do so.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original tags, accessories, and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. You may inspect an item only as you reasonably would in a physical store.

Items that are damaged through misuse, ordinary wear, improper care, alteration, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Where permitted by applicable law, personalized or custom-made goods, gift cards, and sealed hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened are not returnable. These exclusions do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage and packaging costs. The authorized return address may be outside the customer’s country. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of shipment. Original expedited-shipping surcharges and customs or import charges are not refundable unless required by law.

If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered, we will provide a remedy required by applicable law and cover reasonable return-shipping costs or provide a prepaid method where available.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We process approved refunds within 14 days after we are informed of a valid withdrawal request, but where permitted by law we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

For an eligible withdrawal where applicable law requires it, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery method is not refundable.

Exchanges and order cancellations

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order. We begin processing orders promptly, so cancellation or address-change requests are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible; if the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, the return process applies.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other mandatory rights

If mandatory consumer law in your country grants broader rights, those rights remain unaffected. For eligible distance sales in the European Economic Area, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day after delivery. No reason is required. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods apply separately from the change-of-mind return period.
