These Terms of Service govern your use of the Legacy Store website and purchases from Legacy Store, operated by 911 Dreams, LLC (“Legacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on this website.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activity under your account.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colors, measurements, images, prices, and availability accurately. Display colors may vary by device. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product, subject to applicable law.

3. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, shipping restriction, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

4. Prices, payment, taxes, and import charges

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other costs are disclosed during checkout when available. Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information. For cross-border orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included. These charges are imposed by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for promptly contacting us about address errors.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, withdrawals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Our standard change-of-mind return window is 14 days from delivery. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with the website’s security or operation; transmit malicious code; scrape or collect data without authorization; impersonate another person; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

8. Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other content owned by Legacy or licensed to us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.

9. Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, logistics, fulfillment, and communications providers. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content outside our control, but this does not limit obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that limitation, 911 Dreams, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such exclusion is legally permitted.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify 911 Dreams, LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or violation of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

12. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to 911 Dreams, LLC in Delaware, United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights provided by the law of their country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
